Round 0 of the Superior Engineering Short Course held on Saturday at Caboolture was designed to be a test run of the new 3 round series starting in 2014.
With 4 classes of racing and each class running their respective vehicles 20 seconds apart over 3 laps of the 2 Km course the action kept going all day long.
Single Seat Buggies, Side by Side Buggies, Modified 4WD’s and Outlaw classes all ran over the same basic course with a few changes made during the day.
Three rollovers and plenty of near misses kept the crowd entertained. While trade alley provided plenty of eye candy with Race Wheels Australia, Offroad Cartel, Polaris and Superior Engineering bringing truck loads of goodies along.
With plenty of interest it is shaping up to be a fantastic year of racing in 2014.
