JD Squared are pleased to introduce the Model 53 Bender to its range. The Model 53 Bender is an electric/hydraulic Rotary Bender designed for the professional and has capability of bending 1/2″ to 2.5″ OD Tube, 20NB to 50NB Pipe and 20mm to 50mm Square Materials.
1-Shot 90 Degree Bends mean that you are now able to bend a fluid 90 degrees without having the reposition the die or follower and 2-shot 180 Degree bends equal mean only one reposition of the die for a true 180-degree bend. The Model 53 comes with a digital angle finder with a 0.1-degree accuracy that allows for a 100 position memory auto stop feature, allowing you to set the desired degree on the digital readout and the hydraulic unit will automatically stop the bend at that degree every time.
Powered by a 1.5 horsepower, 3,000-psi electric/hydraulic pump, the Model 53 also has a quick-release pressure die set for fast, efficient die changes. Later on in 2013 the bender will also have an optional rotary indexer and a mandrel bend system available.
