National 4×4 Show Melbourne Ready to Launch

Dirtcomp has put the finishing touches on it’s stand at the National 4×4 Show this afternoon and is ready for action over the next 3 days. Make sure you drop by the stand and pick up a show special, check out our Aussie Offroad Kart and watch our exclusive cut of Brad Gallards hot lap at the Albins ARB Goondiwindi 400 a fortnight ago. We’re in our own hardcore corner, opposite the Tuff Truck and OPW stand in the main hall.

An action-packed line-up has been confirmed on the National 4×4 & Outdoors Show’s Action Arena certain to enthral and thrill visitors of all ages, including the TJM AUSTRUCK Extreme 4×4 invitation-only competition, the Victorian debut of the Can-Am Maverick side-by-side vehicle, Monster Trucks and the daily DPChip Extreme Dirt Wars Show.

Plus on the 4WD Test Track, experienced instructors will take visitors around the course in the latest 4WDs from Holden, Suzuki, Nissan, Isuzu Ute, Jeep and Tata Motors where they can learn how to best approach hill climbs, rock and log crossings, plus much more.

People seeking that perfect present for all the Dads ahead of Father’s Day next Sunday, should also drop by the Dirtcomp stand with subscription and merchandise specials running all weekend.

Mickey Thompson Tires will have an extra exhibit outside the main entrance to 4×4 Hall 1 – Mickey’s very own off-road race vehicle, the 1975 US Marines Chevy LUV (Light Utility Vehicle) Truck, which still carries the scars from desert battle racing.

Conqueror Australia’s unique off-road concept vehicle, the UEV-79, will be on display for the very first time ever, with the fully-engineered unit, based on a Toyota Landcruiser Double Cab, set to change the Australian four-wheel-driving and adventuring scenes forever.

Some of the newest products in camping, caravanning and travel accessories will also be on show including Ultimate Campers’ newest off-road camper, the XPLOR, and the latest from Oztent, Howling Moon and many more.
