CAMS CANCELS COFFS COAST 360

See statement from CAMS CEO below:

The Australian Off Road Commission (AORCom) today announced the cancellation of the 2015 Coffs Coast Off Road 360.

The decision to do so was based on a combination of low entry numbers and the lack of a naming rights sponsor. AORCom Chairperson, Marilyn Emmins stated “that it was a very difficult decision for the promoters to make however, the cost of incurring a substantial deficit in staging the event was too significant. It was with great regret that I informed the competitors of the cancellation, but we needed to confirm a decision as soon as possible to ensure that the competitors and contractors had as much notice as possible”.

Emmins added “The promotors apologise for any inconvenience and we will now work with the competitors to reimburse their entry fees as soon as possible. I do want to thank everyone for their support of the 2015 Australian Off Road Championship to date.”
